Serve in an Old-fashioned glass
| 8 fresh | Mint leaves |
| 30 ml | Cynar or other carciofo amaro |
| 7.5 ml | Green Chartreuse (or alternative herbal liqueur) |
| 7.5 ml | Demerara/Muscovado/brown sugar syrup (2 sugar to 1 water) |
| 5 ml | Lime juice (freshly squeezed) |
| 30 ml | Hayman's London Dry Gin |
