Serve in a Martini glass

Ingredients:
2 oz Hayman's London Dry Gin
14 oz Cointreau triple sec liqueur
1 oz Pineapple juice
12 oz Lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
14 oz Monin Pure Cane Syrup (65.0°brix, equivalent to 2:1 rich syrup)
× 1 1 serving

How to make:

  1. Select and pre-chill a Martini glass.
  2. Prepare garnish of quarter lemon slice wheel.
  3. SHAKE all ingredients with ice.
  4. STRAIN into glass two-thirds filled with crushed ice.
  5. CHURN (stir) drink and add more crushed ice so the cocktail fills the glass.
  6. Garnish with lemon slice on rim.
  7. Serve with a straw.

Just because you can throw these ingredients in a glass together doesn't mean you should. Reveiwed as disappointing.

If you’ve got the fresh pineapple juice and an open bottle of dry vermouth, I’d go the next step and make a Holland House.
