Ingredients:
1 12 oz Ketel One Vodka
12 oz Ginger liqueur
13 oz Monin Ginger Syrup
1 oz Cranberry juice (sweetened)
12 oz Lime juice (freshly squeezed)
2 drop Bob's Ginger Bitters
× 1 1 serving

How to make:

  1. Select and pre-chill a Coupe glass.
  2. Prepare garnish of candied ginger on pick.
  3. SHAKE all ingredients with ice.
  4. FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.

The Ginger Cosmo emerged during 2002 in New York City but this recipe is adapted from one we discovered in October 2019 at Soho House Barcelona where it reigned as the best-selling "House Signature" cocktail.

Don't need the ginger syrup as ginger liquor is sweet enough & only had aromatic bitters and tried with pomegranate juice... perfect!
