Ingredients:
1 12 oz Ketel One Citroen Vodka
1 oz Hazelnut liqueur
3 oz Thomas Henry Ginger Beer chilled
× 1 1 serving

How to make:

  1. Select and pre-chill a Collins glass.
  2. Prepare garnish of lemon wedge.
  3. POUR ingredients into ice-filled glass.
  4. STIR.

The frangelico is very dominant in this, overly dominant in my opinion. I would be minded to suggest doing this with half the quantity of frangelico.

Agreed. I've reduced the hazelnut liqueur by a third.

We had no citrus vodka so used a shot of lemon juice with Bundaberg ginger beer. Perfect for a hot day!
