Ingredients:
14 cupful Mint leaves
60 ml Patron XO Cafe Liqueur
100 ml Thomas Henry Soda Water
25 ml Sugar syrup 'simple' (1 sugar to 1 water, 48°Brix)
30 ml Lime juice (freshly squeezed)
