History:

Adapted from a recipe created by Argyris Mastrogianidis at Funky Monkey in Kozani, Greece, this was one of ten winning recipes in the 2021 O/Purist Quest. He says, "The inspiration of the cocktail comes from what the O/Purist Tsipouro stands for, a Greek modern distillate that wants to give a new point of view and proposal for our traditional distillate, tsipouro."
