How to make:
MUDDLE ginger in base of shaker. Add honey and Scotch and STIR until honey dissolves. Add other ingredients, SHAKE with ice and fine strain into ice-filled glass.
2 slice | Fresh ginger root (thumbnail-sized slice) |
2 barspoon | Honey |
2 fl oz | Blended Scotch whisky |
1/4 fl oz | Hazelnut liqueur |
1/4 fl oz | Butterscotch liqueur |
