2 barspoon	Honey
2 fl oz	Blended Scotch whisky
1/4 fl oz	Hazelnut liqueur
1/4 fl oz	Butterscotch liqueur

How to make

Glassware

Serve in an Old-fashioned glass

Prepare

Select and pre-chill an OLD-FASHIONED GLASS.
Prepare garnish of orange zest twist.

Method

MUDDLE ginger in base of shaker.
Add honey and whisky and STIR until honey dissolves.
Add other ingredients and SHAKE with ice.
FINE STRAIN into ice-filled glass.

Garnish

EXPRESS orange zest twist over the cocktail and use as garnish.
