Serve in a Nick & Nora glass

Ingredients:
30 ml Lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
30 ml Sugar syrup 'simple' (1 sugar to 1 water, 48°Brix)
60 ml Bulleit Rye Whiskey
30 ml Egg white
1 dash Angostura Aromatic Bitters
