Banana Cognac Sour

Serve in a Coupe glass

Ingredients:
30 ml Rémy Martin V.S.O.P. cognac
30 ml Giffard Banane du Brésil liqueur
22.5 ml Lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
7.5 ml Sugar syrup 'simple' (1 sugar to 1 water, 48°Brix)
1 fresh Egg white
