Michael's Pina Colada (Difford's recipe)

Serve in a Poco grande

Ingredients:
15 ml Cachaça
105 ml Pineapple juice
22.5 ml Cream of coconut (e.g. Coco Lopez, Re'al etc.)
15 ml Lime juice (freshly squeezed)
1 drop Difford's Saline Solution (or ½ pinch salt)
15 ml Giffard Caribbean Pineapple liqueur
30 ml Light white rum (charcoal-filtered 1-4 years old)
15 ml Coconut rum liqueur (35-40% alc./vol.)
