Serve in a Poco grande
15 ml | Cachaça |
105 ml | Pineapple juice |
22.5 ml | Cream of coconut (e.g. Coco Lopez, Re'al etc.) |
15 ml | Lime juice (freshly squeezed) |
1 drop | Difford's Saline Solution (or ½ pinch salt) |
15 ml | Giffard Caribbean Pineapple liqueur |
30 ml | Light white rum (charcoal-filtered 1-4 years old) |
15 ml | Coconut rum liqueur (35-40% alc./vol.) |
