How to make:
MUDDLE cucumber in base of shaker. Add other ingredients, SHAKE with ice and fine strain into chilled glass.

2 fl oz | Cucumber flavoured vodka |
1/2 fl oz | Sour apple liqueur |
1/2 fl oz | Apple juice (cloudy & unsweetened) |
1/6 fl oz | Sugar syrup 'rich' (2 sugar to 1 water, 65.0°Brix) |
