60 ml | Cynar or other carciofo amaro |
7.5 ml | Luxardo Maraschino liqueur |
30 ml | Lemon juice (freshly squeezed) |
7.5 ml | Agave syrup |
15 ml | Egg white (pasteurised) or 3 dashes Fee Brothers Fee Foam cocktail foamer or Aquafaba or Vegan egg white alternative |
