| 60 ml | Cynar or other carciofo amaro |
| 7.5 ml | Luxardo Maraschino liqueur |
| 30 ml | Lemon juice (freshly squeezed) |
| 7.5 ml | Agave syrup |
| 15 ml | Egg white (pasteurised) or 3 dashes Fee Brothers Fee Foam cocktail foamer |
