Serve in a Pineapple shell (frozen) glass

Ingredients:
30 ml Bacardi Carta Blanca Superior White Rum
30 ml Bacardi Gold rum
90 ml Pineapple juice
30 ml Reàl Coco Cream of Coconut
15 ml Lime juice (freshly squeezed)
10 ml Monin Pure Cane sugar syrup (65.0°brix, equivalent to 2 sugar to 1 water)
10 ml Single cream/half-and-half
