45 ml | Kirschwasser (cherry) eau-de-vie |
22.5 ml | Luxardo Maraschino liqueur |
15 ml | Disaronno amaretto |
1 dash | Angostura Aromatic Bitters |
15 ml | Lemon juice (freshly squeezed) |
20 ml | Egg white (pasteurised) or 3 dashes Fee Brothers Fee Foam cocktail foamer or Aquafaba (chickpea water) or Egg white replacement (vegan) |
