| 30 ml | Italian Brandy |
| 3 leaf | Basil leaves |
| 1 sprig | Rosemary sprig |
| 1⁄4 fresh | Orange peel |
| grated zest of | Lemon peel |
| 1 grind | Black pepper |
| 12.5 ml | Blueberry syrup |
| 10 ml | Orange syrup |
| 3 Splash | Sauvignon blanc wine |
| Top up with | Thomas Henry Soda Water |
