Serve in a Highball (max 10oz/300ml)

Ingredients:
30 ml Italian Brandy
3 leaf Basil leaves
1 sprig Rosemary sprig
14 fresh Orange peel
grated zest of Lemon peel
1 grind Black pepper
12.5 ml Blueberry syrup
10 ml Orange syrup
3 Splash Sauvignon blanc wine
Top up with Thomas Henry Soda Water
