Serve in a Collins glass

Ingredients:
12 fresh Mint leaves
60 ml Light white rum (charcoal-filtered 1-4 years old)
30 ml Elderflower liqueur
15 ml Lime juice (freshly squeezed)
Top up with Fiol Extra Dry Prosecco
1 Splash Monin Pure Cane sugar syrup (65.0°brix, equivalent to 2 sugar to 1 water)
