| 90 ml | Orange juice (freshly squeezed) |
| 22.5 ml | Lemon juice (freshly squeezed) |
| 6 slice | Orange (fresh) |
| 6 slice | Apple (fresh) |
| 750 ml | Pinot Noir red wine |
| 60 ml | Monin Cinnamon Syrup |
| 120 ml | Sugar syrup 'simple' (1 sugar to 1 water, 48°Brix) |
| Top up with | Thomas Henry Soda Water |
