Serve in a Fizz or Highball (8oz to 10oz)

Ingredients:
50 ml The Glenlivet 12yo Speyside single malt
40 ml Cold brew coffee
15 ml Ginger syrup (equal parts ginger juice to caster sugar by weight
10 ml Honey
15 ml Lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
120 ml Lager beer
