Pineapple wedge on rim & speared Luxardo Maraschino cherry
How to make:
SHAKE all ingredients with ice and fine strain into chilled glass.
|1 2/3 fl oz||Bacardi Gold rum|
|5/6 fl oz||Pineapple juice (fresh pressed)|
|5/12 fl oz||Lime juice (freshly squeezed)|
|1/3 fl oz||Giffard Sugar Cane Syrup|
|1/6 fl oz||Luxardo Maraschino liqueur|
|4 drop||Difford's Daiquiri Bitters|

A Pineapple Daiquiri with an added something – a touch of flavoursome ash aged maraschino liqueur. When garnishing the pineapple may be optional but the cherry is a must-have.
Served in an old-fashioned glass over crushed ice (with and additional 2.5ml maraschino liqueur and 2.5ml more sugar syrup).
