Serve in a Coupe glass

Ingredients:
22.5 ml Hayman's Old Tom Gin
22.5 ml Adelaide Hills Distillery Bitter Orange Aperitif
22.5 ml Lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
22.5 ml Cointreau triple sec liqueur
15 ml Sugar syrup 'simple' (1 sugar to 1 water, 48°Brix)
7.5 ml Lucid Absinthe Superieure
