Ingredients: 12 Mint leaves; 15 ml Lemon juice (freshly squeezed); 15 ml Lime juice (freshly squeezed); 22.5 ml Sugar syrup 'rich' (2 sugar to 1 water, 65.0°Brix); 90 ml Apple juice (cloudy & unsweetened); Soda (club soda)

How to make:

PLACE mint, lemon, lime and sugar in glass. Half fill glass with crushed ice and CHURN (stir). Add more crushed ice to fill glass. Add apple juice, top with soda and CHURN some more. Serve with straws.
