Serve in a Rocks glass
| 60 ml | Ungava Gin |
| 22.5 ml | Lemon juice (freshly squeezed) |
| 15 ml | Honey syrup (3 parts honey to 1 water by weight) |
| 4 dash | Orange Bitters by Angostura |
| 2 dash | Lime bitters |
| 1 fresh | Egg white |
| 1 whole | Maraschino cherry (from jar in syrup) |
