Serve in a Rocks glass

Ingredients:
60 ml Hayman's London Dry Gin
30 ml Lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
1 barspoon Monin Pure Cane Syrup (65.0°brix, equivalent to 2:1 rich syrup)
1 pinch Salt (sea salt)
60 ml Thomas Henry Tonic Water
8 dash Fee Brothers Celery bitters
