Serve in a Collins glass
1 oz | Honey syrup (3 parts honey to 1 water by weight) |
1 1⁄2 oz | Lime juice (freshly squeezed) |
3 1⁄2 oz | Thomas Henry Soda Water |
Garnish: Lime wedge
STIR (7 spoons of) honey with lime juice in base of shaker until honey dissolves. SHAKE with ice and strain into ice-filled glass. TOP with soda.
A refreshing Mexican variation on Real Lemonade.
