Was looking for a sophisticated evening cocktail. This is perfectly balance. Did use a little less of the honey syrup as we like our cocktails on the dryer side. This was a burst of flavours. The gin marries perfectly with the yellow Chartreuse. The lemon juice adds a wonderful citrus sour touch. Perfect for a quiet evening of listening to classical music.
