Adapted from the signature cocktail at Sachi Bar (basement of Pantechnicon) in Belgravia, London, England. This recipe was created in 2021, the year the Covid delayed 2020 Olympic Games were eventually held in a locked-down Tokyo city. The first time the city hosted the games was 1964.
Sipping from the sugar rim, along with the sweet cherry treat, helps balance this slightly sour citrusy cocktail.
