40 ml | De Kuyper Blue Curaçao |
30 ml | Lemon juice (freshly squeezed) |
10 ml | Egg white (pasteurised) or 3 dashes Fee Brothers Fee Foam cocktail foamer or Aquafaba or Vegan egg white alternative |
