Anonymous (But Assertive) Sour
Serve in an Old-fashioned glass
| 1 oz | Horse with No Name habanero bourbon |
| 2⁄3 oz | Mexican corn whisky |
| 1⁄3 oz | Lustau Jarana Fino Sherry |
| 1⁄6 oz | Lemon juice (freshly squeezed) |
| 0.08 oz | Chili liqueur |
| 0.08 oz | Monin Pure Cane Syrup (65.0°brix, equivalent to 2:1 rich syrup) |
| 1⁄2 oz | Egg white (pasteurised) or 3 dashes Fee Brothers Fee Foam cocktail foamer or Aquafaba or Vegan egg white alternative |
Garnish: Lemon zest twist
How to make:
SHAKE all ingredients with ice and strain back into shaker. DRY SHAKE (without ice) and strain into ice-filled glass.
