Serve in a Coupe glass

Ingredients:
52.5 ml Beefeater London Dry Gin
22.5 ml Clear Creek Eau de Vie of Douglas Fir
22.5 ml Lime juice (freshly squeezed)
15 ml Thomas Henry Ginger Beer
37.5 ml Sugar syrup 'simple' (1 sugar to 1 water, 48°Brix)
