Strength & taste guide:
Review:
A tasty spirit-forward after-dinner cocktail with herbal undertones and citrusy freshness.
History:
Adapted from a recipe created in 2021 by Susanna McMahon, a keen amateur mixologist and 74-year-old grandmother who says, "This cocktail was created for a very dear lady friend of mine named Jane who adores B&B and rye but had never drunk them together." adding, "Drink to the power of friendship."
Susanna's original recipe called for 20% larger measures of each ingredient than above and used Bénédictine B&B rather than 50% Bénédictine DOM and cognac.
