Stir over ice, express the lemon oil over the drink.
An easy highball, low in alcohol, refreshing and tasty. To add a bit more kick to it add a shot of gin or be experimental with Tequila.

Can be served in a flute or coupette glass. Usually mixed with Prosecco but you can also try different sparkling wines like Cava or Champagne.
Works well with Vodka too.
