Ingredients:
2 oz Hayman's London Dry Gin
23 oz Strucchi Dry Vermouth
14 oz Bénédictine D.O.M. liqueur

How to make:

  1. Select and pre-chill a Martini glass.
  2. Prepare garnish of lemon zest twist.
  3. STIR all ingredients with ice.
  4. FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.
  5. EXPRESS lemon zest twist over the cocktail and use as garnish.

I did 3/4oz dolin dry and 1/3oz Benedictine, and added lemon bitters and rosemary tincture so not quite the same drink, but pretty fantastic nonetheless

Had a 5:1 martini, and then this. It's quite the opposite, rather boldly flavourful than subtle. Most refreshing use of benedictine i've ever had the pleasure of trying. I think i have found a new favourite martini
