Created 5th February 2014 by yours truly (Simon Difford) at the Cabinet Room, London, England. A fruity riff on the classic Hanky-Panky, created in the early 1900s by Ada 'Coley' Coleman at The Savoy's American Bar.
Lightly MUDDLE mint in base of glass (just to bruise). Add rum, liqueur and lime juice. Half-fill glass with crushed ice and CHURN (stir) with bar spoon. Continue to add crushed ice and churn until drink is level with glass rim.
