Chase Distillery's Rock The Farm festival returns this summer, and with it, the exciting Chase Cup Global cocktail competition.
The drinks industry Rock The Farm festival first kicked-off in 2011 at Chase's Herefordshire farm which produces field-to-bottle spirits. This year, those in the drinks industry are invited to celebrate at the festival once more with a line up of live music and entertainment, overnight camping at the distillery, industry masterclasses, food and drink, behind the scenes tour of the farm and distillery, and festival experiences including clay pigeon shooting and yoga. And of course, there will be The Chase Cup live world finals where guests can cheer on competitors as they battle it out for first place.
The Chase Cup welcomes bartenders from the UK, the USA, Australia, UAE, Hong Kong, Spain, Italy, Germany and Holland. Take a look at the finalists who will be competing at the superb Rock The Farm festival this summer.
Bartenders were invited to create a unique cocktail showcasing true sustainability within the industry, supporting home grown produce, reflecting their local area and made from scratch craft.
All qualifying rounds will run worldwide from 1 April until 13 May 2019. Each heat winner will earn a place at the world finals held at Rock The Farm festival. The finalists will also have the chance to be profiled by Difford's Guide.
The world finals will be held during the Rock The Farm festival on 3-4 June 2019. All finalists will have travel expenses covered to attend Rock The Farm and camp overnight at the Chase Distillery whilst enjoying the delights of the festival.
The Chase Cup global winner will take home the £2,500 cash prize and an all-expenses paid trip to guest bartend at BCB Berlin 2019 or BCB Brooklyn 2020.
