35 ml Beefeater London Dry gin
25 ml Vermood Vermouth Bianco*
20 ml Luxardo Bitter Bianco*
1 dash Bitter Truth Olive Bitter
Garnish with fresh basil and a fresh oregano stick.
*Infusing by Sous-vide method:
Vermood Vermouth Bianco with fresh basil.
Luxardo Bitter Bianco with mastic tears.
Stir all ingredients together in a mixing glass and strain them over a block of ice, served in an Old Fashioned Glass.
