Greg Almeida is a Bar Manager based in London.
For his Patrón Pantry Challenge recipe, Greg combines Patrón Reposado with ingredients from his kitchen, including olive oil, aquavit and chilled water in place of ice. Although lockdown meant no bar equipment and no ice, Greg was not short of ideas.
