Antonio Rosato is one of the youngest and Glo-cal Bartender of Milano. In his cocktail he mixes ingredients from Milano and ingredients from Puglia the region from the south of Italy where he comes from.

40ml Italicus
30ml Giass London Dry Gin
3 dash pepper and Safran bitter

Stir & strain into a martini glass.
Inspiration:
The drink is a celebration of a Classic Martini Cocktail. We take inspiration from the beauty and the experience that Milano can give you after a visit. We use a local gin Giass that means Ice in Milanese dialect, with a vibrant and elegant taste that is in perfect pairing with Italicus Rosolio di Bergamotto for the freshness and the crispy not give from the Bergamotto. At the and we have a bitter make with Safran and black pepper, the first one ie the ingredient that represent the culinary experience that you have in the city. The cocktail is also available in our rooms.
