Nick is the true definition of a restaurateur with knowledge and experience in the back of the house and front of the house. His passion of Amari and creating Italian inspired cocktails with Italian products.

2 dashes Bittercube Orange Bitters
Top with Prosecco DOCG Brut Val d'Oca
Method:
Stir the Italicus, H by Hine Cognac and the bitters with ice. Strain into cocktail glass, top with prosecco. Garnish with orange twist
Inspiration:
Nick was inspired by the elegance of Italicus combined with the smoothness and lightness of the VSOP cognac give this cocktail a balanced approach with the orange bitters and Prosecco. During Nick's photoshoot, he wore a suit that belonged to his dad in remembrance of him. You can see his father wearing the suit in a photo behind the host stand at the restaurant. Gaetano's has been open for 18 years. He took the reins when his father passed last year and honors him everyday with his love for hospitality.
