
Cut orange-peel goldfish, whole blackberry, bay leaf (fresh if possible)
Muddle blackberries in shaker. Add gin, Mandarine Napoleon, crème de mûre, Cynar, lemon juice, and ice. Shake vigorously and strain into ice-filled glass. Top with Champagne and garnish.

1/4 fl oz | Giffard Crème de Mûre liqueur |
1/8 fl oz | Cynar artichoke amaro |
1/2 fl oz | Lemon juice (freshly squeezed) |
1 fl oz | Brut champagne/sparkling wine |
