A circle of lemon peel.
In a shaker add all the ingredients, then add ice cubes and shake by 10 seconds till the shaker get frosty. Then strain in the old fashioned glass and fill with a nice ice cube (in my case I made one with a half mandarin inside). Express the essential oils of a lemon peel on the top and gently put it over the ice cube. Enjoy.
2/3 fl oz | Mandarine Napoleon liqueur |
1 1/3 fl oz | Tomatin 12 Year Old Speyside Single Malt Scotch Whisky |
1/6 fl oz | Laphroaig 10 Year Old Cask Strength Batch: 003 |
1/2 fl oz | Pumpkin spice syrup |
5/6 fl oz | Lemon juice (freshly squeezed) |
2 drops | Angostura or other aromatic bitters |
2 drops | Saline solution 4:1 (20g sea salt to 80g water) |
