Garnish:

Peychaud bitter as a garnish. A burned mandarine zest can be put on top to bring a smokey taste

How to make:

Build in glass
Pour all the ingredients except the Peychaud and Soda.
Put glass
Pour soda
Slowly pour 2 dashes of Peychaud bitter

1 fl oz Mandarine Napoleon liqueur
2/3 fl oz Lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
1/3 fl oz Le Sirop de Monin Cannelle (Cinnamon) Sugar Syrup
2 dash Peychaud's Aromatic Bitters
2 fl oz Franklin & Sons Pineapple & Almond Soda
