
Peychaud bitter as a garnish. A burned mandarine zest can be put on top to bring a smokey taste
Build in glass
Pour all the ingredients except the Peychaud and Soda.
Put glass
Pour soda
Slowly pour 2 dashes of Peychaud bitter
1 fl oz | Mandarine Napoleon liqueur |
2/3 fl oz | Lemon juice (freshly squeezed) |
1/3 fl oz | Le Sirop de Monin Cannelle (Cinnamon) Sugar Syrup |
2 dash | Peychaud's Aromatic Bitters |
2 fl oz | Franklin & Sons Pineapple & Almond Soda |
