How to make:
Add the ingredients to a cocktail shaker, stir, then once the honey has dissolved, add ice and shake the ingredients thoroughly. Pour into the glass. Garnish with a slice of grapefruit.

| 5/12 fl oz | Lime juice (freshly squeezed) |

| 5/6 fl oz | Light gold rum (1-3 year old molasses column) |
