Collins glass

Garnish:

Zest of orange and a Rosemary Spring.

How to make:

Pour every ingredients in a shaker tin, except Soda water and angostura bitters.
Shake and filter it into a glass full of crushed ice.
Top with Soda water and use few drops of angostura bitters on it.

5/6 fl oz Mandarine Napoleon liqueur
1 1/3 fl oz Gin
5/6 fl oz Lime juice (freshly squeezed)
3/4 fl oz Peach syrup
2 fl oz Soda (club soda) water
1 dash (4 drops) Angostura or other aromatic bitters
