
Grated cinnamon on top
Add all the ingredients plus ice cubes in a shaker's tin. Shake. Strain the shaken drink in one of the tins and discard the ice for dry shaking. Dry shake and pour in a pre-chilled coupe glass.
1 fl oz | Mandarine Napoleon liqueur |
1 fl oz | Aged grappa |
1/3 fl oz | Lemon juice (freshly squeezed) |
1/3 fl oz | Grapefruit juice (ruby red) |
1 fresh | Egg white |
2 dash | Angostura Aromatic Bitters |
1/4 fl oz | Raspberry (framboise) sugar syrup |
