Garnish:

The cocktail is garnished with a sprig of sage, carefully placed on the rim of the Nick & Nora glass. The fresh sage not only adds visual appeal to the presentation, but it also serves to enhance the aromatic experience of the drink. As you take a sip, the delicate fragrance of the sage mingles with the cocktail's complex flavors, adding an additional layer of sensory delight to the overall drinking experience.

How to make:

Add the following ingredients to a shaker:

- 40 ml of Mandarin Napoleon
- 10 ml of jonge jenever
- 20 ml of fresh lemon juice
- 10 ml of simple sugar syrup (1:1)
- Sprinkle 2 pinches of ground cumin powder in the shaker

- Fill the shaker with ice cubes.
- Securely close the shaker and shake vigorously for about 10-15 seconds.

- Fine strain the cocktail into a chilled Nice & Nora glass.
- Garnish the cocktail with a sprig of fresh sage, delicately placed on the rim of the glass.

1 1/3 fl oz Mandarine Napoleon liqueur
1/3 fl oz Jonge genever
1/3 fl oz Sugar syrup 'simple' (1 sugar to 1 water, 48°Brix)
2/3 fl oz Lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
2 pinch Ground cumin powder
