Spirit of Savoia
Where tradition meets innovation, Spirit of Savoia is a cocktail competition-led campaign which encapsulates the essence of Savoia Vino Aperitivo. An aperitivo inspired by visionary figures, from Garibaldi's central role in Italian unification to Marco Polo's travels along the Silk Road, Savoia embodies their spirit.
The competition entry period is now open, and bartenders are invited to enter!
Spirit of Savoia celebrates simplicity, versatility and conviviality, showcasing how adding a single ingredient to Savoia can create a delicious cocktail experience. This competition opens for entries on the 21st September 2024, three years to the day from when Giuseppe Gallo launched Savoia at London's The Savoy Hotel.
Who can enter: This is a competition open to all bars and restaurants.
Timeline: The competition opens for entries on 21st September until 21st December 2024.
Prize: The winner will have the unique opportunity of hosting a masterclass with one of the Top 50 Bars in the World.
Judging criteria:Judging based on promotion efforts and sales.
How to enter
1. Register at casa-savoia.com/spirit-of-savoia-2024. Once registered, you will be sent a toolkit.
2. Create your original cocktail using at least 45ml (1.5oz) of Savoia Rosso or Orancio and one special ingredient.
3. And feature one of Savoia's signature cocktails on your menu. Choose any one of the following:

4-5 ice cubes
Top with soda water
Garnish with 3 green grapes
Savoia Rosso Negroni
2 parts Savoia Rosso
2 part london Dry Gin
4-5 ice cubes
Garnish with orange slice

2 parts Prosecco
4-5 ice cubes
Garnish with 3 green grapes
Savoia Garibaldi
2 parts Savoia Rosso
2 parts orange juice
4-5 ice cubes

Savoia Orancio Negroni
2 parts Savoia Orancio
2 part london Dry Gin
4-5 ice cubes
Garnish with 3 green and red grapes
Savoia Orancio Spritz
2 parts Savoia Orancio
2 parts Prosecco
4-5 ice cubes

Garnish with 3 green and red grapes
4. Display the special menu during the campaign.
5. Purchase a minimum of 24 bottles Savoia Rosso or Savoia Orancio.
6. Promote the menu in your venue and on social media, tagging @casa.savoia and using
#savoia, #vinoaperitivo, #spiritofsavoia.
