Appearance:

Opaque, milky brown with green tinges.

Aroma:

Lime zest, pasteurized lime juice and ginger preserve with lemon meringue.

Taste:

Fiery heat with ginger preserve with fresh, grated ginger and gently soapy lemon.

Aftertaste:

Peppery heat builds and builds on the finish with tart lemon emerging. One for grown-ups.
