A non-alcoholic sugar syrup version of the bittersweet curacao orange liqueur which takes its name from the island of Curaçao. Ingredients: Sugar, water, natural orange and citrus flavourings.
Sampled before 1st May 2011
Clear, very faint straw hazy tint.
Pungent citrus zest with floral soapy note.
Sweet with thick, syrupy mouthfeel. White petal floral soapy note with orange zestyness.
Orange squash with faint floral notes.
Monin Pure Cane sugar syrup has 85.6g of cane sugar per litre, or more scientifically 65.1°Brix.
