Appearance:

(best before 5-July-12) Hazy, burnished copper with slim but retentive off-white depositing light lacing.

Aroma:

Buttered chunky wholemeal bread, most oatmeal and freshly ground wholemeal flour.

Taste:

Wonderfully rustic freshly baked crusty wholemeal bread with grassy/dried hay hops.

Aftertaste:

Rustic bread, donuts and light grassy hops. Sadly this sample proved to be past its best-by-date although just purchased from London’s Utobeer.
