This Taiwanese single malt was aged in a butt previously seasoned with oloroso sherry. No age statement is declared but we understand it to be around three years old. It was bottled by hand at the distillery without added colouring or chill-filtration.

Όψη:

Clear, deep mahogany with flecks of burgundy.

Μύτη:

Old oak, pencil shavings, stewed tea and burnt raisins.

Στόμα:

Go easy with the water – this stuff is no swimmer. Dry, cinnamon and nutmeg spiced old oak with heavy tannins and burnt sultana fruit.

Επίγευση:

Dry oak and lingering burnt dried fruit and spice.
